The Board of Control for Cricket in India has announced the schedule for India’s 2024-25 home season, featuring 16 matches, including two Tests against Bangladesh and three Tests against New Zealand as part of the World Test Championship.

Bangladesh will tour India from September 19 to October 12.

The first Test will be held in Chennai, followed by the second Test in Kanpur.

This will be followed by three T20Is to be played in Dharamsala, Delhi, and Hyderabad.

New Zealand’s Test tour of India begins on October 16 with the first Test in Bengaluru.

Pune will host the second Test, while the final Test will be held in Mumbai.

After touring Australia from November 2024 to January 2025 for a five-match Test series, India will return home to host England for a limited-overs series, which includes five T20Is and three ODIs, to be played from January 22 to February 12.

The T20Is will take place in Chennai, Kolkata, Rajkot, Pune, and Mumbai.

Nagpur, Cuttack, and Ahmedabad will host the three ODIs.
