Day-2 Morning Session Highlights:
Both Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill’s centuries have pushed England team nicely on the back foot
Both batters displayed a clear intention right from the outset to generate a high-scoring morning session.
India scored 264/1 at the lunch of Day-2:
Today, India started the Day-2 Morning Session with their overnight score of 135/1.
Both Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill came at the crease to start their proceedings.
Both of them took less time to settle on the crease.
Both of the batsman started hitting the ball nicely from the beginning.
After that both the batsman slowed down their innings when they were coming near to century.
First, Rohit Sharma got his another century after that Shubman Gill also got to his another century.
Both the batsman got not out before the lunch of Day-2 Morning Session, so England team finally can’t got any break through before the lunch of Day-2.
All the England bowlers tried but none of them can’t able to pick-up the wickets on their bowling.
A small chance was created in the morning but it did not went to England’s way.
James Anderson and Shoaib Bashir started the morning session with their bowling spell.
Anderson gave only 20 runs in his 7 overs, he was only the England bowler who gave the less runs in the morning.
He kept the Indian batsman so quiet.
After that Mark Wood started his bowling spell and he conceded more number of runs, from other end Tom Hartley was introduced.
Total four bowlers tried but none of them could able to pick-up the wicket.
