England Women has won the series with 4-1 against the New Zealand Women in a five-match T20I series.
New Zealand Women scored 136/6 in 20 overs, where as England Women scored 138/5 in 18.5 overs.
So, finally England Women beat New Zealand Women by 5 wickets.
The 5th and the final T20I match between England Women and New Zealand Women was played at Basin Reserve.
New Zealand Women won the toss and they decided to bat first against the England Women.
The start was not nice, New Zealand Women lost half the side at the score of 69 runs, then there was the partnership for 56 runs for the sixth wicket between the two batsman.
So, finally New Zealand Women lost the sixth wicket at the score of 125 runs.
New Zealand Women could able to achieve the target of 136/6 in 20 overs.
Isabella Gaze scored the highest 51 runs for his team to take the total runs up to 136/6 in 20 overs.
Brooke Halliday got 33 runs.
Going towards England Women innings they scored 138/5 in 18.5 overs.
Heather Knight got 35 runs and Nat Sciver-Brunt got 31 runs.
At one stage England Women were 64/3, after that they put up a partnership of 57 runs for the fourth wicket against New Zealand Women.
Finally they got up to the score of 138/5 in 18.5 overs and won the series with 4-1 of the five-match series.
