India’s middle-order batter Jemimah Rodrigues and pacer Shikha Pandey have been signed by Trinbago Knight Riders for the 2024 season of the Women’s Caribbean Premier League.
This follows Shreyanka Patil’s historic entry as the first Indian to play in the league when she was picked by Guyana Amazon Warriors for the 2023 season.
TKR also features former Australian captain Meg Lanning and all-rounder Jess Jonassen among their prominent signings for the season.
TKR had a forgettable campaign in the previous three-team WCPL tournament, failing to qualify for the final.
