Nida Dar will lead to Pakistan Women team against the tour of England Women

Nida Dar has been appointed as captain of Pakistan’s 17-member squad for their upcoming tour of England, featuring three ODIs and as many T20Is.
The squad remains largely unchanged from the ongoing white-ball series against the West Indies, with the notable exclusions being Bismah Maroof, who recently announced her retirement, and Sidra Nawaz.

Pakistan faced defeat in both the ODI and T20I series against West Indies, with the visitors securing a comprehensive 3-0 victory in each format, leaving Pakistan with two games left to salvage pride.
Their tour of England commences with a T20I series on May 11, followed by the ODI series starting on May 23, forming part of the ICC Women’s Championship 2022-25.
This tour marks Pakistan’s eighth and final series in the ongoing cycle.
Currently positioned fifth with 16 points in the 10-team championship, Pakistan aims to secure a direct qualification for the 2025 Women’s World Cup, alongside hosts India and the top five teams.
In preparation for the England tour, Pakistan is scheduled to play two warm-up matches.
A T20 practice match against ECB Development XI at Grace Road on May 9 precedes the T20I series, while a 50-over warm-up fixture against ECB Development XI in Northampton on May 21 precedes the ODIs.
