So, finally Texas Super Kings beat San Francisco Unicorns by 7 wickets.

Texas Super Kings cruised to a comfortable seven-wicket victory over the San Francisco Unicorns, propelling themselves to the top of the Major League Cricket 2024 table.

Mohammad Mohsin played a pivotal role with a superb four-wicket haul that derailed the Unicorns’ innings.

The early breakthroughs were set by Zia Ul Haq, who dismissed openers Finn Allen and Jake Fraser-McGurk during the powerplay.

The game took a decisive turn after the powerplay when the Unicorns lost five wickets in just 15 deliveries.

Dwayne Bravo and Mohsin each claimed two wickets in an over, dismantling the middle order.

The Unicorns collapsed from 66/2 to 81/7, allowing the Super Kings to seize control of the match.

With effective bowling throughout, the Super Kings restricted the Unicorns to a modest total of 127, with Mohsin finishing with impressive figures of 4/13.

Chasing the target, the Super Kings were off to a flying start, thanks to their openers Devon Conway and Faf du Plessis who amassed 61 runs in the powerplay.

Despite losing both openers in the thirties, the Super Kings comfortably achieved the target to secure a convincing victory.
