3rd Test
Day-5 Morning Session Highlights:
Rain has disrupted the opening session on Day 5 after India is dismissed for 260 runs

At The Lunch of Day-5:
Australia scored 445 (1st Innings), where as India scored 260 (1st Innings).
So, finally Australia lead by 185 runs.
The opening session on Day 5 of the Brisbane Test saw only four overs of play.
Australia managed to break up India’s determined last-wicket pair of Akash Deep and Jasprit Bumrah but couldn’t add to their 185-run first-innings lead as lightning and heavy rains forced the players off the field for the remainder of the extended session.
India’s last-wicket pair, which had helped the visitors avoid the follow-on late on Day 4, added just eight more runs to their overnight total of 252/9.
It was Travis Head, asked to bowl with the second new ball, who finally ended the 47-run partnership by having Akash Deep stumped for 31.
India’s No. 11 was their third-highest scorer in the innings, after KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja, who both made half-centuries.
Australia still holds a slim chance of forcing a win but will need favorable weather conditions over the final two sessions.
They are also a bowler short after Josh Hazlewood limped off with a calf strain on Day 4.
