Alzarri Joseph has made his return from suspension and Andre Russell is ruled out due to injury
Andre Russell will miss the remainder of the T20I series against England due to a left ankle sprain and has been replaced by Shamar Springer.
Meanwhile, Alzarri Joseph returns from suspension and will rejoin the squad, replacing Shamar Joseph.
Alzarri received a two-match suspension after expressing frustration with the field placements set by captain Shai Hope during the third ODI against England.
In protest, he stormed off the field, leaving the West Indies with only 10 players for a period.
He later issued a public apology and reconciled with Hope.
After winning the first two T20Is in Barbados, England has put the West Indies in a must-win situation for the remaining three matches.
The third T20I will be played on November 14 in St Lucia, which will also host the final two matches on November 16 and 17.
