Xavier Bartlett, Nathan Ellis, and Spencer Johnson have been named in the Australian T20 side for the upcoming three-match T20I series against Pakistan, as announced by Cricket Australia on Monday.
Having recovered from their respective injuries, they are part of the 13-player squad for the series.
Selectors have opted not to include Test regulars in anticipation of the upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
Any members of the T20 squad who are selected for the first Test against India in Perth will join the rest of the group after the final match in Hobart.
Interestingly, a captain has yet to be announced to lead the team in the absence of Mitchell Marsh.

We are excited about the blend of seasoned players alongside those who are just beginning their international journeys.”
He added, “It’s particularly encouraging to have Xavier, Spencer, and Nathan back in the national setup.
This is another opportunity for them to demonstrate their skills on the international stage, as they have in the past.”
The T20I series is scheduled to begin on November 14, following the three-match ODI series between the two teams.
