Fakhar Zaman, however, counter-attacked with a couple of boundaries and a six off Matthew Forde.
Zaman’s innings was cut short when he sliced a delivery from Roston Chase to cover.
Justin Greaves made some crucial runs with two boundaries off top-edges from Alzarri Joseph before he was dismissed for a mistimed shot to deep midwicket.

Wasim added two boundaries off Joseph in a 12-run 18th over, and Chris Green’s cameo of 13 from eight balls helped the Falcons reach a respectable 142 for 7.
Faf du Plessis set the tone for the chase, taking on Shamar Springer with three fours and a six in a 20-run second over.
He continued his aggressive play against Mohammad Amir, hitting two more boundaries before being dismissed while attempting a big shot.
Charles anchored the innings, finding occasional boundaries while keeping the run rate in check.
Ackeem Auguste hit Fabian Allen for two sixes and Charles added a maximum off Chris Green.
Auguste was dismissed by Allen, trapped in front while trying a sweep shot.
Seifert then took over, smashing Amir for three sixes and a four in a 24-run 17th over, which sealed the win for the Kings.
