Starting the second session on 89, Rizwan quickly reached his century with a six and a four off Shakib Al Hasan.
Shakeel, meanwhile, accumulated runs with singles and twos, bringing up his hundred with a couple of hits from Mehidy Hasan Miraz.
Litton Das missed a few chances behind the stumps, giving Rizwan additional opportunities.
Bangladesh took the second new ball, but it only led to more boundaries as Pakistan surpassed 300, and the fifth-wicket partnership extended past 200.
Litton attempted to create a chance when Shakeel was out of his crease against Hasan Mahmud, but Shakeel returned in time.
Eventually, Shakeel was dismissed by Mehidy, who drew him out of the crease, allowing Litton to complete the stumping and end the significant partnership.
Agha Salman struck a boundary off Nahid Rana and was unbeaten alongside Rizwan at Tea.
Earlier, Shakeel and Rizwan continued their strong partnership from the morning session of Day 2, having added 44 runs the previous day.
They rotated the strike effectively, capitalized on boundary opportunities, and maintained a steady scoring rate as Bangladesh’s bowlers struggled to find any help from the pitch.
Rizwan became the third batter to reach fifty in the innings, guiding a short ball from Rana to the third-man boundary and repeating the shot.
An authoritative pull off Rana brought Rizwan his first six, and the century stand was soon achieved.
Despite Najmul Hossain Shanto’s attempts to rotate his bowlers, the Bangladesh bowlers failed to slow the scoring rate, with Rizwan maintaining a strike rate above 80 and surpassing his partner.
Both batters entered the 80s and went into Lunch unbeaten, continuing their impressive performance in the second session.
