2nd ODI
Annabel Sutherland has scored a century in Australia’s dominant victory in the second ODI

Australia Women scored 291/7 , where as New Zealand Women scored 122/5 in 30.1 overs.
So, finally Australia women beat New Zealand Women by 65 runs (DLS method).
After the first match was washed out, Australia secured a convincing victory in the rain-impacted second ODI against New Zealand Women.
Annabel Sutherland notched her second consecutive ODI century as Australia posted a total of 291 after being asked to bat first.
While Sutherland’s knock was impressive, the rest of the batting order failed to build partnerships, with several players getting starts but not capitalizing.
Tahlia McGrath and Alyssa Healy were the next highest scorers, both contributing 34 runs.
Molly Penfold was the standout bowler, claiming four wickets, but Sutherland continued to fight back.
She reached fifty off 55 balls and accelerated thereafter, including a memorable 17 runs off an over from Eden Carson, before completing her century in the final over of the innings.
In response, New Zealand was dealt a double blow early, with Kim Garth removing both openers within the first ten overs.
Amelia Kerr, who had anchored the innings after the quick dismissals of Sophie Devine and Brooke Halliday, was run out before rain interrupted the game.
At that point, according to the DLS method, New Zealand was 65 runs behind, and no further play was possible.
