All-rounder Cameron Green has powered Australia team to series sweep

Scotland scored 149/9 in 20 overs, where as Australia scored 153/4 in 16.1 overs.
So, finally Australia beat Scotland by 6 wickets.
Cameron Green put on a commanding all-round performance as Australia cruised to another emphatic victory over Scotland, completing a series whitewash.
A disciplined bowling display from Australia restricted Scotland to a modest total of 149, which was chased down comfortably.
Scotland started brightly, attacking in the powerplay with Ollie Hairs striking a four and a six in the opening overs.
After Aaron Hardie dismissed him, George Munsey took the reins, while debutant Cooper Connolly was greeted with a six by Brandon McMullen.
Despite Munsey’s dismissal in the final powerplay over, Scotland had posted 54 runs by the end of the fielding restrictions.
Australia steadily took control as Green, having already removed Munsey, bowled a superb delivery to clean bowl Richie Berrington.
Wickets fell regularly for Scotland, but McMullen fought hard at one end, registering his second consecutive half-century.
However, his dismissal with 20 deliveries remaining was a turning point, leaving Scotland to scrape just nine runs from the last three overs.
Defending 149, Scotland started well with the ball, giving away just 5 runs in the first two overs and dismissing Jake Fraser-McGurk for a duck.
Mitchell Marsh revived Australia’s innings with three boundaries in one over, but the hosts struck back by removing Travis Head, leaving Australia shaken at 19/2 after four overs.
Green and Marsh then counterattacked, each smashing a six in the final powerplay over to restore momentum.
The duo unleashed a flurry of boundaries, and even though Marsh departed close to the halfway mark, Australia’s charge continued.
Green powered his way to a half-century, while Tim David added back-to-back boundaries off Jack Jarvis.
Green’s sensational innings capped off a dominant display, as Australia wrapped up the match with nearly four overs to spare.
